How Rap Duo works, your responsibilities, and the terms for credits and subscriptions.
Who operates Rap Duo
Rap Duo at rapduo.io is operated by wang xiaochun. Contact w.xchun1982@gmail.com for questions about these terms. The contact links use a dedicated +rapduo alias of the same mailbox so support messages can be routed correctly.
The service
Rap Duo creates short AI-generated videos from two portraits, a scene and an optional topic. A standard generation targets one 15-second, 720p, vertical MP4 with generated audio. AI results can vary in likeness, expression, words and synchronization. The service does not promise an exact lyric, existing song, celebrity likeness or artist voice.
Your account and permission to use photos
You must be at least 18 to purchase and use this service. Keep your account secure and provide accurate information. Upload only photos that you own or have permission to use, including consent from the people pictured. Do not upload intimate, exploitative, unlawful or deceptive material, or use the service to harass, defraud or impersonate someone. We may reject requests that violate these rules.
Credits and payment
The price, number of credits, currency and any applicable taxes are shown before payment. One standard generation reserves 100 credits. Credits are spent when a conforming video has been stored for your account. A confirmed generation failure returns the reserved credits. An uncertain provider status is investigated before the reservation is released or spent. Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred to another account.
Credit packs and subscriptions
Credit packs are one-time purchases whose credits do not expire. Monthly subscriptions renew monthly; each allowance expires at the end of its paid month. Yearly subscriptions charge the full annual amount and grant the full annual allowance upfront; that allowance expires at the end of the paid year. Unused subscription credits do not roll over. Only one paid or pending subscription can be held per account across Stripe and PayPal.
Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel future renewals in Billing. Cancellation does not remove credits already paid for; they remain available until their original expiry. Plan changes take effect through a new purchase after the current paid subscription ends. Credit packs can be added in the meantime. See the separate Refund Policy for cash refunds.
Your content and downloads
You retain your rights in your uploaded photos. You permit us and our service providers to process them only as needed to operate the requested service and handle safety, fraud and support issues. We do not publish your photos or results to a public gallery. You are responsible for having the rights needed for your use and sharing of generated content. AI output may not be unique or eligible for copyright protection.
Storage and availability
Download your video before its expiry. Photos in our storage are retained for up to 7 days and finished videos for up to 30 days, subject to exceptional retention needed to address a legal obligation or a specific abuse or payment dispute. Generation time and availability depend on the upstream provider. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or a particular creative result.

For billing, access, content or privacy questions, contact support with your account email and order or video reference. Do not send passwords or card details. Updates to these terms will be posted here. Nothing in these terms removes mandatory rights that apply to you.
