Credits are reserved when a request is accepted. A confirmed failed generation releases them to their original balance. If their original expiry has passed, restored credits remain available for 7 days. A request whose status is still being checked is not automatically submitted again.
Your uploads and videos are private to your account. Photos are retained for up to 7 days and videos for up to 30 days. Download your finished video before it expires. We do not publish your work to a gallery.
