Is this mixtape maker free?
Yes. Editing cassette designs, adding messages and sharing existing songs are free. Creating new songs and generating AI cover artwork use credits separately.
Which songs can I add to my mixtape?
Choose approved songs from your own My music collection, including songs created on RapDuo and audio you uploaded. Playback uses RapDuo files directly. External platform links are not accepted for new mixtapes.
How do I choose a mixtape cover?
Start with a free cassette design, upload an image you have the rights to use, or generate original artwork with GPT-Image-2.5. AI covers support a description or a reference image, plus a visual style.
Does my recipient need an account?
No account is needed to open an active gift, play its selected songs or download them. You need a verified RapDuo account to choose your songs and save a mixtape.
Is my mixtape public?
Anyone with your gift link can see its message and cover, and play or download its selected songs. Gift pages are excluded from search indexing. Links last up to 30 days, expire with their files and can be revoked.
Does the mixtape maker generate or download music?
This tool shares songs you already have in My music without generating them again. Recipients can play and download the selected songs. New song generation and AI cover artwork have separate credit charges.
